- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
- 18 oz. creamy peanut butter
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 lb. powdered sugar
- 24 oz. dry roasted peanuts
Directions

1Melt the chips and peanut butter together.

2Pour half the mixture into a large buttered pan.

3Mix the butter, milk and pudding together and boil 1 minute.

4Add the vanilla and powdered sugar to the pudding mixture and spoon over the first layer.

5Add the nuts to the remaining chip mixture; spoon over the second layer.

6Chill and cut into pieces.
