Burger Bean Cup

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
  • 1 lb. hamburg
  • 1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 pkg. or can green beans

Directions

    Mix 1/4 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt and pepper.

    Divide into 4 to 6 mounds.

    Flatten into circles.

    Turn up edge of meat to form a 1/2-inch rim.

    Place in shallow baking pan.

    Combine remaining soup and beans.

    Spoon into burger cups. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
