- 2 1/2 lb. country ribs
- 1/2 c. Burgundy wine
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
Directions

1Place ribs in large pot.

2Add water to cover.

3Add salt. Bring to boil; cover and simmer 1/2 hour.

4Combine all remaining ingredients in separate pan.

5Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.

6Drain ribs and place in shallow baking dish.

7Brush generously with wine baste mixture.

8Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes, brushing often.

9Turn ribs.

10Baste and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
