  • 1 bag (about 14 Oz. Size) Instant Rice (Southwest Is Best)
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans
  • 1 cup Pico De Gallo Or Salsa
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese - Any Kind

    Grill the chicken with your favorite seasonings and slice into thin strips.

    Cook the rice and beans.

    Layer rice, beans, and chicken in bowls.

    Layer with additional toppings (salsa, sour cream, cheese) and serve.
