Burrito Casserole

  • 8 burrito shells
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 burrito seasoning pkg. (large)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar salsa

Directions

    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.

    Brown ground beef with onion.

    Drain and add seasoning package with about half the seasoning package of water.

    Heat until most of water is absorbed. Put meat in shells and lay in pan.

    Put salsa over top of burritos.
  6. 6
    Sprinkle half package of each cheese over salsa.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
