Ingredients: 1 medium onion; 2 ripe tomatoes; 2 c. lettuce; 4 oz. sour cream; 1 lb. hamburger meat; 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese; 1 can refried beans; 1 (8 oz.) Hunt's special sauce; 1 pkg. enchilada sauce mix; 1 pkg. burrito mix; 1 large pkg. flour tortillas

Mix one can of Hunt's special sauce and enchilada mix on stove in a saucepan with 1/2 can of water.

Bring to a boil about 5 minutes.
