  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas
  • 1 can chili (without beans)
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili peppers
  • Colby cheese, grated
  • 2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
  • diced onion (if desired)
  • 1 can tomato sauce (with bits)
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. red pepper

Directions

    Mix the green pepper, onion, chili and cheese soup in a saucepan.

    Heat.

    Put enough chili mixture to browned ground beef to moisten. Place meat mixture in tortilla.

    Sprinkle with grated Colby cheese and roll up.

    Place in baking pan. Cover with rest of chili mixture and some grated Colby cheese.

    Heat in oven at 350° until cheese is soft. Serve with sauce made from tomato sauce, cumin and red pepper.
