Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground meat
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 can chili (with or without beans)
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • salt and pepper
  • flour tortillas
  • grated cheese
  • shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, cubed

Directions

    Brown meat; add seasonings and taco seasoning mix.

    Add soup and refried beans to the meat mixture (will be soupy, but thick). Heat tortillas on both sides in a little butter until soft (easy to roll).

    Put meat mixture in shell and roll up.

    Place in foil to keep warm.

    Heat chili in separate pan; add water to make sauce.

    When serving burritos, serve with chili sauce, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, grated cheese, sour cream, etc.

    Any burritos not eaten may be frozen (I normally use plastic wrap, then I can reheat in the microwave).
