Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 1/2 lb. chorizo or bulk pork sausage
- 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 20 burrito size flour tortillas
- 2 pkg. taco seasoning (if bulk pork sausage is used)
- 1 large jar picante sauce (hot or mild)
- oil for frying
Directions

1Brown and drain meats.

2Add taco seasoning and picante sauce. Soften tortillas (S at A time) in microwave for 45 seconds.

3Place approximately 2 tablespoons of meat and 1 1/2 tablespoons of cheese on side of tortilla nearest you.

4Roll approximately 2/3 the width of the tortilla.

5Fold the ends in and roll the rest of the way.

6Fry, flap side down, in enough oil to cover burrito halfway until golden brown.

7Turn and fry the other side until golden brown.

8Yields 20 burritos.
