  • 1 pkg. Spanish peanuts
  • 2/3 c. chocolate chips
  • 2 (5 oz.) cans evaporated milk
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/3 c. oleomargarine

    Soften ice cream and spread on top.
