  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 1 c. nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 c. soy or dairy milk
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. chicken-like seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder

    Cook rice.

    Mix all the ingredients together.

    Put in oiled baking dish and bake at 350° to 375° until browned (about 30 to 40 minutes).
