- 1 c. nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1 c. soy or dairy milk
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. chicken-like seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
Directions

1Cook rice.

2Mix all the ingredients together.

3Put in oiled baking dish and bake at 350° to 375° until browned (about 30 to 40 minutes).
