- 1 lb. Oreos, crushed
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 2/3 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter and press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Sprinkle with peanuts and spread softened ice cream over this.

3Chill.

4Mix and boil 8 minutes, stirring constantly, the remaining ingredients.

5Cool and spread over ice cream and freeze.

6Cut in 3-inch squares.
