  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour

    Combine butter with sugar; do not cream.

    Add flour.

    Mix until dough will form.

    Remove 1/4 cup for crumbs for topping. Press remaining dough into 9-inch pie pan.

    Bake at 375°, crust for 12 to 15 minutes, crumbs for 10 to 12 minutes.

    Good crust for frozen pies.
