  • 2 cup cooked rice
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 shallots,finely chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 carrots,dice
  • 2/3 tsp salt
  • 2/3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 bunch spring onion,chopped

Directions

    On medium heat,add butter,brown shallots,add dided carrots ,2mins keep stiring

    Crack eggs in,let it almost set ,scrambles ,add rice

    Seasoning ,stir evenly ,5 mins stir to let it hot through ,heat off

    Chopped spring onion,springkles on top ,serve as side dish,or serve as Thai style fried rice for main meal :)
