- 100 grams butter
- 1 shallots,finely chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 carrots,dice
- 2/3 tsp salt
- 2/3 tbsp sugar
- 1 bunch spring onion,chopped
Directions

1On medium heat,add butter,brown shallots,add dided carrots ,2mins keep stiring

2Crack eggs in,let it almost set ,scrambles ,add rice

3Seasoning ,stir evenly ,5 mins stir to let it hot through ,heat off

4Chopped spring onion,springkles on top ,serve as side dish,or serve as Thai style fried rice for main meal :)
