- 1/2 cup butter (1/2 cup, 1/4 lb)
- 1/4 cup light olive oil
- 1/4 vegetable oil (canola, corn your preference)
Directions

1Soften butter.

2Add all 3 ingredients to blender or food processor.

3Process until smooth (will be a bit thin).

4Pour into covered bowl and refrigerate.

5Spreads straight from the fridge!

6(you can also add cinnamon, garlic, dill or you favorite spice to make an herb spread).
