  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can water packed tuna or shrimp, crab or ham
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 c. creamed cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Separate rolls and pat into greased mini muffin tins.

    Drain tuna thoroughly and place in bowl.
