- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 c. milk, scalded
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Cool milk and add it with egg, salt, sugar, then flour.

3Mix and knead.

4Let rinse until double in size.

5Roll out in circles and brush with melted oleo.

6Cut in pie-shaped wedges; roll up.

7Brush with oleo again.

8Let rise. Bake 15 minutes in 400° oven or until golden brown.
