  • 4 c. water
  • 1 c. Coffee-mate
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 2 tsp. mustard powder
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 lb. Velveeta
  • 1 3/4 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. picante sauce
  • 1/3 c. chili (no beans; optional)
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Bring the first 6 ingredients to a boil.

    Add Velveeta.

    Melt margarine; add flour to make a smooth paste.

    Add paste to boiling mixture to thicken.

    Add picante sauce, chili (optional) and lemon juice.
