- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 c. scalded milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Cool milk and add egg, salt, sugar and flour.

3Mix and knead.

4Let rise until double in size. Roll out in circles and brush with melted oleo.

5Cut in pie shape wedges; roll up.

6Brush with oleo again.

7Let rise.

8Bake 15 minutes in 400° oven or until golden brown.

9Recipe may be doubled.
