- 2 c flour
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. finely chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix butter, flour, sour cream and egg yolk together.

2Put in refrigerator and chill so it is workable.

3Mix sugar, cinnamon and finely chopped nuts.

4Roll part of the dough in pie shape (thin). Put topping on; cut in narrow pie shape slices.

5Roll from the outside edge to center and put on baking sheet.

6Cookies can be close together as they don't spread.
