  • 1/2 lb. butter, softened
  • 2 c flour
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix butter, flour, sour cream and egg yolk together.

    Put in refrigerator and chill so it is workable.

    Mix sugar, cinnamon and finely chopped nuts.

    Roll part of the dough in pie shape (thin). Put topping on; cut in narrow pie shape slices.

    Roll from the outside edge to center and put on baking sheet.

    Cookies can be close together as they don't spread.
