- 1 c. margarine
- 6 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2 uncooked pie shells
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; mix in eggs, one at a time (do not beat).

2Add buttermilk, flour and vanilla and mix well.

3Pour mixture into 2 pie shells (uncooked) and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
