  • 1 (2 or 3 lb.) fryer
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • flour (for dusting)

Directions

    Cut chicken up.

    Season with Old Bay, paprika and black pepper.

    Melt margarine in baking dish.

    Dip chicken in buttermilk, then in flour.

    Place in baking dish.

    Pour remaining buttermilk over chicken and bake in a 375° oven.

    Turn when brown.

    Bake until done.
