- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. margarine
- flour (for dusting)
Directions

1Cut chicken up.

2Season with Old Bay, paprika and black pepper.

3Melt margarine in baking dish.

4Dip chicken in buttermilk, then in flour.

5Place in baking dish.

6Pour remaining buttermilk over chicken and bake in a 375° oven.
