- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Pour 1/2 cup buttermilk in bowl.

2Tip chicken in milk and roll in flour with salt and pepper.

3Melt butter in casserole dish. Put breast side down.

4Bake 30 minutes.

5Uncover.

6Turn over and bake 15 minutes.

7Turn chicken back to breast side down and mix 1 cup buttermilk and mushroom soup and pour over chicken.

8Bake 15 minutes, uncovered.
