  • 1 c. Pioneer buttermilk baking mix
  • 3/4 c. Aunt Jemima white corn meal
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. buttermilk

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, beating vigorously until well mixed.

    Pour batter into hot pan sprayed with original Pam.

    (Heat Pam sprayed pan in 450° oven for 3 minutes.) Use square pan (8 x 8 x 2-inches).

    Bake in hot oven at 450°, preheated, for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
