  • 5 Tbsp. buttermilk
  • 3 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Place oleo, cocoa and buttermilk into a pan.

    Bring to a boil. Remove and add powdered sugar.

    Beat with electric mixer until smooth and add vanilla; mix.

    Spread while cake is warm.

    Use your favorite chocolate cake recipe.
