  • 2/3 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 unbaked pie shells

Directions

    Beat eggs and combine with buttermilk.

    Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.

    Bake at 275° for 10 minutes, then increase temperature to 300° and bake for 50 minutes.
