- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 c. white sugar (or a little less)
- 4 Tbsp. flour, mixed with sugar
- dash of salt
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
Directions

1Beat together margarine, sugar, flour and milk.

2Lastly add beaten eggs.

3Mix only until well blended.

4Pour into pie crust. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

5Reduce temperature to 350° and bake just until set in middle, maybe 30 minutes.
