  • 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

    Mix sugar and flour.

    Add egg yolks and buttermilk.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until stiff. Remove from heat.

    Add coconut and vanilla.
