  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites, beaten stiff
  • salt
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract

    bake as for lemon pie

    This is what I'm guessing has to happen:

    Mix the egg yolks, extract, buttermilk, flour and salt together.

    Pour into baked pie shell.

    Bake 25 minutes or until set.

    Pour over egg whites.

    Brown in oven 5 more minutes.
