Buttermilk Raspberry Muffins

- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 3/4 cups Vegetable Oil
- 2 cups Unbleached All-purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup Frozen Raspberries
Directions

1In a small bowl whisk up the sugar, the eggs and the oil.

2In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients. Alternate folding in the buttermilk and the the egg mixture until everything is combined. Don' t worry about a few lumps of flour!

3Lastly, add the raspberry (don't defrost them!) or any other kind of berries you like.

4Fill them into a muffin mold and bake at 190° degrees Celsius

5(375°F) for 20-25 minutes.

6After they are done and cooled off, you can decorate them with some white chocolate.
