  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 6 oz. pkg. Jell-O (any flavor)
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 large carton whipped topping
  • 1 c. nuts

    Heat pineapple and juice to boil.

    Stir in Jell-O until well dissolved.

    Cool and add buttermilk and Cool Whip.

    Fold in nuts. Pour into 3-quart casserole.
