- 1 c. pecan meats or other chopped nuts

Directions

1Cream sugar and butter until it is fluffy or like ice cream. Add eggs one at a time.

2Add with flour, beating good after each egg, then flour addition.

3Add vanilla and nut meats.

4Cook in well-greased and floured tube pan.

5Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°.
