- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar (divided)
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 tsp. butternut flavoring
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. ground toasted pecans
Directions

1In large mixing bowl cream butter and 3/4 cup confectioners sugar.

2Add flavorings and mix until fluffy.

3In small bowl combine flour and salt.

4Add dry ingredients and pecans to creamed mixture.

5Blend well.

6Shape dough into 1-inch balls.

7Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

8Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until firm to touch and brown on bottoms.

9Cool, then roll in 3/4 cup confectioners sugar.

10Yields about 5 1/2 dozen.
