- 4 rounded c. rhubarb, cut in small pieces
- 1 1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Combine rhubarb and sugar; mix well.

2Add flour and mix again. Spoon into unbaked pie shell.

3Dot with butter and moisten pastry edge with water.

4Cover with top crust.

5Fold to edge under bottom crust; flute and cut slits.
