  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. butternut flavoring
  • 2 1/2 c. plain flour
  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c milk

    Beat first 4 ingredients for 10 minutes at high speed.

    Add flour and milk, alternately beating after each addition.

    Bake in three 9-inch pans at 350° until top springs back to touch, about 25 to 30 minutes.
