- 1 whole trout
- 3 lemon slices (thin slices)
- 1/4 teaspoon dill
- 1 sprig rosemary
- olive oil
- kosher salt
- 12 inches square aluminum foil
- 1 ounce dry white wine
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Drizzle Foil with oil and sprinkle with Kosher Salt.

3Place fish on center of foil and sprinkle with Dill.

4Place lemon slices inside fish and rosemary on top. Salt to taste.

5Fold up edges of foil and add wine. Seal foil pouch and place in oven on 350 for 12 minutes.
