Butternut Squash

  • 1 large squash
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 stick margarine

Directions

    Divide squash lengthwise in half and place face down on foil. Bake 1 hour or until done at 350°.

    Cool 15 minutes and scoop out shells.
  3. 3
    Put in baking dish. Add brown sugar and butter to warm squash. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
