- 2 lb. butternut squash
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- nutmeg
Directions

1Peel squash; remove seeds.

2Place squash in pot and cover with water.

3Cook, covered with lid, until tender.

4Drain and mash. Add other ingredients.

5Stir well; pour into baking dish.

6Bake at 350° until firm.
