Butterscotch Biscuits Recipe

- 1/2 c. margarine or possibly butter melted
- 1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)
- 1/3 c. pecan halves Grnd cinnamon Biscuit dough (sufficient for 10 biscuits)
Directions

1Grease 12 medium muffin c. (2 1/2 inches in diameter).

2Place 2 tsp.

3margarine, 2 tsp.

4sugar and 2 or possibly 3 pecan halves in each muffin c.; sprinkle cinnamon on top.

5Prepare dough as directed on buttermilk baking mix package except - spoon dough on mix in c.. (Can be baked immediately in 425 oven 15 min.)

6Cover muffin c. and chill.

725 min before serving, heat oven to 425 .

8Bake biscuits uncovered 18 min.

9Immediately invert pan onto large tray.

10Let pan remain a minute so butterscotch drizzles down.

11NOTES : Store no longer than 24 hrs.

12Makes about 12 biscuits.
