- 1 c. oleo
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1 tsp. butter flavoring
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. flour
- 3/4 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. peppermint candy, crushed
Directions

1Cream oleo and sugar.

2Add eggs and beat well.

3Mix in extract, flavoring and salt.

4Add flour and buttermilk in small amounts, stirring well.

5When batter is thoroughly mixed, add crushed candy and stir throughout gently.

6Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 350° for 1 hour.
