  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 c. flour
  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 small boxes instant butterscotch pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

    Melt butter; stir in flour.

    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Bake at 350° until lightly brown, 15 to 20 minutes.

    Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.

    After crust is cool, drop mixture onto crust by spoonfuls, then spread.

    Combine pudding and milk.

    Beat until thick.

    Top with Cool Whip and nuts.
