  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 3 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. softened butter
  • 2 c. scalding hot milk
  • 1 can Reddi-Wip topping or use Cool Whip
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust (purchased or prepare your own)

Directions

    Blend flour, cornstarch and salt together in a small bowl. Mix well with a fork.

    Cream brown sugar, butter and eggs together in another medium-sized bowl.

    Add the flour mixture to this second bowl of ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Slowly pour the scalding milk into this mixture and beat well.
