- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Parkay
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1In a double boiler, combine the first 3 ingredients.

2Slowly add the milk. Stir until thick. Cook, covered, 10 minutes. Combine egg yolks and sugar with 1/4 cup mixture.

3Mix and return to double boiler.

4Cook until mixture mounds when dropped from spoon, 2 minutes.

5Cool.

6Add Parkay and vanilla. Continue in pie or your favorite dessert bowl.
