  • 2 - 6 oz. packages butterscotch chips
  • 1 small can chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup Spanish peanuts

Directions

    Melt butterscotch in a double boiler over low heat.

    Remove from heat and add noodles and peanuts.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper and allow to cool.
