Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork, cubed
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 3 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. bead molasses
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. onions, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. oil

Directions

    Heat oil in skillet; fry meat alone until nearly done.

    Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, celery, onions and 1 1/2 cups soup stock or bouillon cubes in 1 1/2 cups water.

    Saute for 10 minutes.

    Add bean sprouts, drained.

    Cook 5 minutes.

    Add gravy, using 1 tablespoon bead molasses, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, cornstarch and 2/3 cup water.

    Season to taste.

    Pour over meat and vegetables; stir until thickened.

    Serve over canned noodles or rice.
