- 1 lb. pork, cubed
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 3 c. celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. bead molasses
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. onions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Heat oil in skillet; fry meat alone until nearly done.

2Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, celery, onions and 1 1/2 cups soup stock or bouillon cubes in 1 1/2 cups water.

3Saute for 10 minutes.

4Add bean sprouts, drained.

5Cook 5 minutes.

6Add gravy, using 1 tablespoon bead molasses, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, cornstarch and 2/3 cup water.

7Season to taste.

8Pour over meat and vegetables; stir until thickened.

9Serve over canned noodles or rice.
