  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 small cartons Cool Whip
  • 2 boxes butterscotch pudding (instant)
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix together flour, oleo and pecans and bake at 350°

    for 15 minutes.

    Let cool.

    Mix the cream cheese, sugar and small carton of Cool Whip and spread on crust.

    Mix the pudding and milk. Spread on cream cheese mixture.

    Top with another carton of Cool Whip and spread pecans on top , if desired.
