- 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)
- 2 c. milk
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Cook pudding with milk until it boils. Add to cake mix along with oil and mix well. Pour into slightly greased 9 X 13 pan. sprinkle chips and nuts over top and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until done. Quick & Easy!
