  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip
  • 2 small boxes instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix 1 cup flour and 1 stick margarine.

    Press firmly into cake pan (oblong or square).

    Add 1 cup chopped pecans on top of this. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°, then cool.
