- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup cold butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
