- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanila
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pie crust
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients in bowl.

2Mix egg yolks and milk, then add dry ingredients.

3Cook in double boiler until thickened.
